Magical Exclusive Childrens Parties
Our Parties are a unique and magical experience for all involved (including the staff), but especially for the celebrant who is treated like a King or Queen for the day. We have built up a fantastic reputation for our private hire parties, which have always been and will continue to be exclusive to you and your invited guests. The celebrant is sat at a throne and along with their guests are royally entertained by a member of our brilliant team whilst eating their choice of freshly cooked hot food, followed by ice cream. We believe our private hire package is unbeatable on quality and price.
Childrens Party Prices
Private Hire Parties
It’s just £165 for 20 children Monday to Friday and just £165 for 15 children at the weekends. Any additional children will be charged at £8.95 per child. Maximum of 30 children per party.
A £30 non refundable (unless any updated government legislation means your private hire can not go ahead) deposit is required to book your party
What your Private Hire Includes
Each 1 hour 30 minute private hire consists of exclusive use of the play frame, seating area, brand new interactive play floor and brand new outdoor adventure play area (weather permitting)
Hot food and unlimited drinks for kids are included in the price as well as fun and entertainment served up by our brilliant team.
Each child also gets a free party bag, and a free gift for the celebrant.
A breakfast option is also available for the early morning parties at the weekend. Ask a member of our staff for more details.
Additional Extras
Add an additional 30 minutes to your party for just £30
(15 mins added to beginning of your party and 15 mins at the end. Subject to availability.)

Important Information
£30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date when you book.
The rest of the party to be paid for on the day of the party.
Weekday parties – 20 children
Weekend parties – 15 children
Extra children are £8.95 per child.

Numbers must be confirmed over the phone 2 weeks prior to your booking.
If 25+ have been confirmed, you will be required to pay for that number even if numbers are less.
Face painter must be booked 2 weeks in advance and cannot be cancelled 2 weeks before your party.
Siblings can come along and play for £3 or play and eat for £6. They must however eat outside the party room.
Party bags are included in the price. All you need to do is fetch your cake and candles.
Banners and balloons are allowed.
Mascots can be booked but we do advise them to come for either the first or last half hour.
Childrens Daytime Parties
Daytime parties can now be booked 2 weeks in advance
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 10am-12pm
£7.50 per child (Max 15 children)

Tea Parties
Fancy fetching mum, dad or grandparents for tea while the children play? Or even treat your little one to a tea party with their little friends.

Must be booked over the phone 2 weeks in advance.
Party bags and gifts not included but can be arranged for a small fee.

All our Camelot Parties are now exclusive to you and your guests with exclusive use of the party room and a member of staff dedicated to your party.
We may be able to extend your party for an additional 30 minutes at a cost of £30 subject to availability.
Please Note: 15 minutes is added to the start of your party and 15 minutes is added to the end.
Hot food is included in the price and is a choice of fishfingers, pizza or nuggets with chips and ice cream for pudding.
Yes, we cater for all allergies, and also offer vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten free options. We have an allergy folder parents can check before we prepare any food. We work closely with parents to make sure everything is safe for the children.
Yes there is a snack menu for adults but please bear in mind that the children’s food must take priority.
A £30 deposit is paid through the booking app when you book. You pay for the rest on the day by either cash or card.
Yes. Its a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure a party booking.
The whole place to yourselves, two members of staff who will keep your children entertained throughout the party, food and party bags. All you have to provide is the cake and candles.
Party bags are provided and the cake will be cut, wrapped and put in the party bags by our staff before the end of the party. Feel free to bring additional goodies to go in with our own sweets, our staff will be happy to distribute any extras if you choose to bring them along.
A packet of swizzles, a chew, a lolly, bag of jellies and a balloon. You can however add your own things to the party bags.
You are allowed in 5 minutes before each party slot as we only have a small amount of time in between parties to clean up.
